And by the way, what is this I keep hearing about “Robin Hood?” Johnny W. Hill, Assistant Superintendent of Business, Financial & Auxiliary Services will be presenting a short session on school finance. He will briefly explain how a school district receives its funding, how and why the district has to pay a portion of its funding back to the state and finally, how the district appropriates the funding it keeps to help educate our students.
